About Us

The HSFS III contract supports the 1st Air Force (1AF), Detachment 3 (Det 3), which serves as the liaison between the U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM) and NASA. Det 3 enables human spaceflight missions, including Artemis, Commercial Crew and Soyuz, by providing crew and vehicle rescue, recovery and retrieval for both nominal and contingency operations.

The HSFS III contract delivers a broad range of technical and operational capabilities, including:
