The HSFS III contract was awarded on May 18, 2026. Transition activities will run from August 10, 2026, through September 8, 2026, with full operations beginning September 9, 2026.

• The KBR team will host an informational session for incumbent staff once the contract award protest is fully resolved.  We are tentatively planning this event for the first week in August 2026 and will share details on this site. Hiring incumbents is a top priority, and the process will begin promptly following the session. The leadership team will meet directly with incumbents and begin issuing offer letters.
