Meaningful careers supporting military communities
KBR professionals are united by a common mission: empowering people to perform at their best in demanding environments – from serving military families around the world to advancingHuman Health and Performance capabilities that support America’s astronauts.
Many of our leaders bring firsthand experience as clinicians, military spouses, veterans and advocates for military families. Their experience shapes a program designed around the realities counselors face every day. That firsthand perspective fosters a culture of compassionate, ethical leadership focused on supporting both counselors and the families they serve.
That commitment drives us to recruit and retain highly qualified counselors who share our dedication to service and mission impact.
Our professionals provide compassionate guidance and help families navigate life transitions. They build readiness through trusted relationships and confidential support.
We invest in our people because strong counselors create stronger military communities, and stronger military communities contribute to mission readiness.
